Delivery times: • Netherlands, United Kingdom & France: 3–5 business days • Rest of the world: 5–8 business days Orders are processed within 24 hours and dispatched Monday to Friday. Delivery times depend on our shipping partners and may vary. Remote or hard-to-reach locations (such as islands) may require an additional delivery day. We do not ship to PO boxes. Please monitor your tracking information for updates. Delivery times are indicative and may be subject to delays beyond our control. No rights can be derived from stated delivery estimates. Order cancellation / modification
Once you have received an email confirming your order, it is no longer possible to modify your order or address details. We work with an automated fulfillment partner. In order to ensure speedy delivery, orders are prepared almost instantly. In case you have entered a mistake in your address details, please contact our customer support.
Delivery problems
All La Capitala shipments are fully insured. If your order takes longer than expected, please review your tracking information first. Delivered If tracking shows delivered, we recommend checking with household members or neighbors. If the parcel cannot be located, contact our customer support. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping partner. Average resolution: 4 days. No updates / Error If tracking has not updated for 5–10 days or shows an error, please contact the shipping carrier or our customer support. We can start an investigation on your behalf. Average resolution: 3 days. Returned to sender If your order is returned to our distribution partner, please contact customer support.
