Where is my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Tracking details are usually activated by the carrier within 24–48 hours. Please use the link in the email to follow your delivery. For any delivery issues, refer to the Delivery Problems section below. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email. During peak periods, tracking activation may take longer.
When do I receive my Exchange?
Once your return shipment is received by La Capitala, your exchange will be processed and shipped within 3–6 business days. During this period, your return undergoes quality control. Once your exchange is dispatched, you will receive an email with new tracking details and the estimated delivery date. ⸻ Important • We do not send a separate confirmation upon receipt of your return • Please refer to your original tracking information to confirm delivery to our warehouse • If an item is unavailable, you will be contacted • Any price difference will be settled via a refund or payment request • All refunds are issued to the original payment method ⸻ * During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
When do I receive my Refund?
Once your return is received by La Capitala, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. After processing, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your return has been completed. For returns made within the 14-day return period, the purchase amount will be refunded excluding shipping costs. Can I cancel my order?
Once you have received an email confirming your order, it is no longer possible to modify your order or address details. We work with an automated fulfillment partner. In order to ensure speedy delivery, orders are prepared almost instantly. In case you have entered a mistake in your address details, please contact our customer support.
Delivery problems
All La Capitala shipments are fully insured. If your order takes longer than expected, please review your tracking information first. Delivered If tracking shows delivered, we recommend checking with household members or neighbors. If the parcel cannot be located, contact our customer support. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping partner. Average resolution: 4 days. No updates / Error If tracking has not updated for 5–10 days or shows an error, please contact the shipping carrier or our customer support. We can start an investigation on your behalf. Average resolution: 3 days. Returned to sender If your order is returned to our distribution partner, please contact customer support. We will investigate and arrange a re-shipment. ⸻ Important La Capitala cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
