Return & Exchange policy
Try your La Capitala purchase at home with confidence. We offer a simple and transparent return & exchange policy. 14-Day Return & Exchange Period Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be shipped back within this period. • Exchanges are shipped free of charge • Return shipping costs may apply • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless stated otherwise ⸻ Conditions Returned items must be: • Unworn, unused and in original condition • Returned with all original tags and packaging • Sent back in one shipment per order ⸻ Important We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use or damage, or to issue a partial refund where applicable. Items that do not meet our return conditions may be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Free exchanges within 14 days. Exchange items are shipped free of charge. Return shipping costs are compensated up to €8.95 once your return is successfully processed.

I WANT TO RETURN (REFUND)

Returns
Returns can be made within 14 days after receiving the order. If you ship out the return within 2 days after receiving the order, we reimburse shipping costs up to €5,95. The customer is notified when the returned order is being processed at our warehouse (5 - 7 days after receival). Please look at the tracking details to see whether the parcel is delivered. Returns are quick and easy through the following steps: Step 1: Request your return in our Return & Exchange Portal. Enter your order number and email address and select the item(s) you wish to return. Step 2: Open your email and click on the link to access Returnista. Purchase your return label at our attractive rates. Then, select a local drop-off point to hand over your parcel, or arrange to have your parcel picked-up. Step 3: Dispatch the parcel to the delivery service (drop-off or pick-up). Put the packing slip in the box along with the items you are returning. Disclaimer: the customer is always liable for the return shipment. If a return is not received by our distribution center, we cannot initiate a refund or exchange. When a parcel is taking over 30 days to reach our distribution location, the customer is reimbursed in the form of store credit. Kindly note that in the case of a return, when the total purchase amount of the items you are keeping does not meet the threshold of €500, standard destination shipping costs are deducted from your refund.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Receiving a refund
Once your return is received by La Capitala, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. After processing, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your return has been completed. For returns made within the 14-day return period, the purchase amount will be refunded excluding shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. ⸻ Important • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer • Within the EU, applicable VAT is refunded • Outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes are non-refundable and must be reclaimed via local authorities if applicable

INCORRECT / FAULTY GOODS

Returning incorrect / faulty goods
At La Capitala, all items undergo strict quality control and are carefully inspected before shipment. An item is considered faulty if it arrives damaged or if a manufacturing defect occurs within six months of purchase. Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not considered a fault. ⸻ Incorrect Item If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our customer support and provide clear images of: • the item received • the shipping box or label We will arrange a replacement at our expense. ⸻ Faulty Item If you receive a faulty item, please contact customer support immediately and provide images of the issue. Where possible, we will offer a repair. If a repair is not possible, the item may be replaced with the same product, subject to availability. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, a full refund will be issued.
